Product Specifications & Technical Explanation

A Euro pallet (1200 × 800 mm) is the standard size in European logistics. Many mesh boxes and pallet boxes are designed to fit these dimensions exactly. A block pallet (1200 × 1000 mm) is a larger pallet that offers greater stability for heavy or bulky goods. We supply mesh boxes and pallet boxes that fit both pallet sizes.

Internal dimensions refer to the usable space inside the container/box. External dimensions refer to the total size, including the walls, frame, and any ribs. Use internal dimensions for storage calculations and external dimensions for transport calculations.

Dynamic load is the maximum weight that a box or rack can support during transport or movement. Static load is the maximum weight that a box or rack can support when it is stationary, such as when stacked. This is usually listed under “specifications” on product pages.

This varies by product. The maximum stacking height for mesh boxes and pallet boxes depends on the model and the weight of the contents.

Steel (basic) is strong, but it can oxidize more quickly.
Galvanized steel is coated with a layer of zinc. It provides excellent protection against rust.
Painted steel is coated with a protective and aesthetic layer of paint.
We often use galvanized steel to ensure optimal durability.

Steel mesh boxes are suitable for industrial applications.
Plastic pallet boxes are often used in the food industry; some models are suitable for food-safe use. The product specifications indicate whether this is the case.

Foldable mesh boxes and stacking racks can be folded up when empty. This saves up to 70% of storage space and is ideal for reverse logistics or seasonal storage.

Many IBCs are UN-certified for the storage and transport of liquids, including chemicals. This varies by type.

Used products are inspected in advance for structural damage, rust, deformation, and the proper functioning of hinges or valves
We only sell used products that are still 100% safe to use.

For bulk storage, you can choose from:

  • Plastic pallet boxes: suitable for food, agriculture, and internal logistics.
  • Steel pallet boxes: sturdy, ideal for heavy industry and metalworking.
  • Mesh boxes: ideal for heavy goods that need to be visible.

If this is still unclear to you, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

"2-way" means it is accessible to forklifts from both sides.
4-way access allows for forklifts/pallet jacks to approach from all sides → maximum flexibility.
For B2B and warehouses, a 4-way system is usually chosen.

This depends on various factors, such as the product's external dimensions, whether they are stackable or foldable, and the type of trailer (13.6 meters, megatrailer, etc.)
We can calculate this for you when we provide a quote or process an order.

EPAL stands for quality and European standardization. EPAL mesh boxes meet strict standards and are always the same size and quality. Non-EPAL models may be suitable, but they do not meet the standard.

Uprights are vertical posts that you place in a stacking rack to separate materials or stack them safely. Ideal for pipes, lumber, long materials, and heavy-duty industrial use.

Galvanized steel is the best choice for protection against rust.
UV-resistant plastic pallet boxes
Painted steel products are less suitable for long-term outdoor storage.

Many companies are only familiar with the “maximum weight,” but not with the differences:

  • Dynamic: during movement/transport (forklift, pallet jack).
  • Static: when the box is stationary, for example, in a stack.
  • Racking load: the load on a warehouse rack.

Not every product is suitable for racking; this can vary greatly when it comes to pallet boxes and plastic bins.

No, many plastic pallet boxes cannot be used in pallet racking due to sagging. Steel pallet boxes and EPAL mesh boxes, however, are usually suitable for racking.

You need to consider point loads, floor quality (concrete grade), and the load per cm² from legs or pallets.

The stacking height varies by product. It is determined by:

  • Material Type
  • Static load
  • Shape of legs / angle profiles
  • Presence of raised edges or stacking corners

EPAL is standardized and fits into any logistics chain.
Non-EPAL pallets may differ in size, load capacity, or stacking angles.

You need to pay attention to the undercarriage structure, 4-way or 2-way access, a flat underside for sensors, and precise dimensions. AGVs cannot handle non-standard undercarriage structures.

HDPE is more flexible, impact-resistant, and suitable for cold storage. PP is harder and stiffer, and can withstand higher temperatures. As a result, many pallet boxes differ in quality and intended use.

No, it depends on what was in it before. Reuse is generally not permitted for food items.

You can do this by regularly checking the following items:

  • Rust Formation
  • Welds
  • Damaged corners
  • Deformation

Yes, this can happen in extreme cold or heat. HDPE has better cold resistance than PP.

This depends on the industrial load, storage conditions, and repairs. However, because they are made of steel, they often last for years under normal use.
